Fall Farm Adventures

It’s October! We are in the magical month where fall colors, weather, leaves and overall magic peaks. A few weeks back, my mom and I did some “farm hopping” along the Delaware River. It was a lovely jump-start to fall goodness and I thought I would share some pictures!
